Eyad is a Project Manager, Urban Designer and Landscape Architect with over 20 years of experience gained both in private practice and Local Authority, working on a wide variety of projects throughout Saudi Arabia ranging in scale and complexity. Experienced in designing master plans on large scale projects for the commercial and industrial sectors, open spaces and public realms from providing detailed analysis and urban design strategies to regenerate areas as part of the Saudi vision 2030.
Eyad is skilled in conceptual design, detailed design, working drawings, cost estimations and monitoring project sites. He has worked on many mega projects where he has led the masterplan design consultant team focusing on strategizing, directing and executing large scale business operations and creating operational synergies across functional units.

Dr. Majid Aldalbahi is a seasoned urbanization and government expert with extensive experience in urban planning, transportation systems, and sustainable city development in Saudi Arabia. He holds a PhD from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, focusing on the intersection of urban growth and transportation in rapidly expanding cities like Riyadh Dr. Aldalbahi has contributed to major research and strategic studies, including work with the Arriyadh Development Authority on the city’s Metropolitan Development Strategy (MEDSTAR), and is recognized for his expertise in linking urban mobility with economic prosperity and livability. His work emphasizes the importance of coherent planning, public transport, and integrated infrastructure to support Saudi Arabia’s ambitious urban transformation goals. Dr. Aldalbahi’s insights are valued by policymakers, planners, and industry leaders seeking to balance growth with sustainability and community well-being.
Eng. Ahmad Alanazi

Ahmad Alanazi, MBA, is an accomplished engineer and seasoned leader with a focus on delivering large-scale, complex initiatives. He leads the National Greening Program (NGP) under the National Centre for Vegetation Cover and Combatting Desertification (NCVC). The NGP forms part of the implementation of the Saudi Green Initiative, a landmark environmental program with some the world's most ambitious environmental restoration and climate action goals. His career highlights include strategic advisory roles at the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, and 13 years at Saudi Post, where he served as Chief Strategy Officer, leading transformative change and innovate strategy.
Hazem Altoukhi
Director - Urban Planning - Diriyah Gate Development Authority
Hazem holds over 16 years of experience in urban and city planning, working on all levels of spatial planning from strategic spatial city plans to local and master planning of large-scale projects. Throughout his career, Hazem has worked with local and international design and planning firms (ZFP, AECOM and UN HABITAT) as part of international multi-disciplinary teams working between different geographies such as: KSA, UAE, Bahrain, and UK on a variety of large-scale planning projects.
Hazem is currently the urban planning director in UMA (Urban and Municipal Affairs Sector) in DGDA, reporting to Chief of Urban Planning & Municipal Affairs. Responsible of managing spatial planning projects at different scales in Diriyah supervisory area. Moreover, managing the review and approval process of 3rd party developers’ applications in the DGDA supervisory area.
