Fawaz Ismail Yousef Al-Yousef is an Agriculture Engineer with more than 17 years of solid background in Operation & Maintenance Projects.

Fawaz is the department manager in a multi-discipline and highly competitive environment with expert knowledge in Government Tenders & Procurement System. Experience in drafting contracts, awarding contracts and mobilization plans. He is the Head of landside facilities department at the King Fahad International Airport (KFIP) in Dammam, Saudi.

Handling the responsibility of Committee Head for Operation & Maintenance Contracts in multiple times. Managing KFIA Landside Facilities which include Landscaping & Irrigation, Nursery Operation & Maintenance, Waste Management, Street Lighting, Roads & Grounds (including Roads, Fence, Signage & Traffic Signals).

Mohammed Hasan Al Jayyousi has been with ROSHN since 2020 as a Director, Landscape (Design). An experienced Director with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry.

Skilled in Negotiation, Budgeting, Operations Management, Design Management, and Feasibility Studies.

He has done his B.Sc. in Agricultural Engineering/Plant Production-University of Jordan 1989.

Previously worked with Nakheel (2003-2009)-Head of Landscape & Irrigation-Dubai, Parsons (2009-2011)- RE (Resident Engineer)- Abu Dhabi, Emaar Properties (2011-2017)- Senior Manager, Landscape-Dubai, Dubai Properties Group (2017-2019)- Director, Landscaping-Dubai.

A professional Landscape Architect who brings over 12 years of experience with passion. I received a Bachelor of urban and regional planning from Cairo University in Egypt with a major study of Urban Design and Landscape Architecture, then expanded my academic experience through postgraduate degree in landscape architecture. I also received my LEED credential in 2019 which was the start of approaching sustainability in designs and pursuing further understanding and practices. I participated in large and small scales of developments expand matrix vary from mixed used complexes, residential house, Leisure resorts, sports facilities, theme parks, high-rise condominium buildings and public realm across Egypt and Gulf region, with a diverse range of experience in preparing, managing and submitting Design along stages through concept, Design development, Construction and tender documents. Currently I work for Omrania and associates based in Riyadh, as a senior landscape architect.

Salwa Al-Sabbagh holds a Masters of Science in Urban Design (2015) and a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Design and Eco-system Management (2011), American University of Beirut. Salwa is Lead Landscape Architect heading the urban and landscape departments at Dar Al Omran, KSA, and founding member and treasurer of the Lebanese Landscape Association. Her professional experience includes a wide range of landscape architecture projects from plazas, parks, humanized design for commercial streets and district street network as well as landscape masterplans, urban design and urban planning projects in Lebanon and the MENA region including urban studies, regional and city scale strategic masterplans, and land pooling and subdivision projects.  Her research centers on landscape and public space, urban planning and development policies.
