About Future Landscape and Playspaces KSA

As Saudi Arabia continues to move towards transformation of its social economic landscape to open up the kingdom to attract more visitors and tourist from within and outside the country in line with the vision 2030. Different projects, programs and initiatives are being launched and ongoing to develop the kingdom’s public spaces, tourism, leisure and entertainment sector which focuses on improving the quality of life of citizens, residence and visitors.

This direction is driving Saudi Arabia’s government and private sector developer’s interest to continue to invest in public realm projects, leisure, play and entertainment facilities such as the ongoing Riyadh Metro Project ($22.5 billion), King Abdullah Economic City project ($27 billion), Al Qiddiyah Entertainment City Project set to open in 2022, Ishbiliyah City Centre Riyadh (Mall), Riyadh municipality’s  Parks and playground project, Jeddah women only park, Riyadh child friendly city initiative etc. to attract more tourists and visitors and make Saudi the new regional destination for leisure, entertainment, retail, fun and play.

The last edition which was a success hosted over 150 senior officials and decision makers from relevant government entities and private sector stakeholders such as the Ministry of Municipality and Infrastructure (MOMRA), Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, Royal Commission of Jubail and Yanbu, Riyadh Municipality, Ariyadh Development Authority, Jeddah Economic Company (JEC), Madina Development Authority, Al Hokair Group, Al Othaim Leisure, Kidz Holding, Real estate developers amongst others.
